Former execs write book about how Amazon works

Amazon employees, AKA Amazonians, need to commit to working long, hard and smart (no exceptions) when they join the retailing and technology giant. This includes the relentless pursuit of answers to problems that arise during the course of business so that mistakes will not be repeated, according to a new book authored by two former Amazon executives.
