Amazon.com claims that more than 99 percent of the customer reviews on its site are legitimate, but a review by The Washington Post found that categories such as bluetooth headphones and speakers appear to have a large number of fraudulent reviews. The Washington Post is independently-owned by Amazon CEO and founder Jeff Bezos.
