Wal-Mart’s Scott Talks Leadership

Lee Scott, CEO and president of Wal-Mart, told more than 7,000 managers at the retailer’s annual kickoff meeting that the company will take a leadership role and get out in front of issues including international trade, climate change, water shortages, social and economic inequities, infrastructure and foreign oil.
