Wal-Mart Violated of Child Labor Laws, Says NYTimes

The New York Times reported today that Wal-Mart execs were made aware of numerous incidences of minors working late nights and during school hours in violation of child labor laws and state regulations. Wal-Mart officials are claiming that the information, gained in a spot audit conducted during a one week period, are “meaningless”, as they could simply represent improperly recorded time cards.
