Retailer Pulls Offensive T-Shirts

Joyce Leslie has pulled t-shirts from its stores after receiving complaints from the Bergen County (NJ) Rape Crisis Center and other groups. The t-shirts read, “You can beat me, you can abuse me, but don’t touch my hair or I’ll kill you.”

Waffle House workers in Conyers, Georgia, are now on their third day of striking over what they call the company’s unfair policies.
