Publix doesn’t want firearms in its stores

Publix is the latest in a growing list of retailers asking customers in open carry states to refrain from bringing firearms into its stores. The company issued the following statement: “Publix respectfully requests that only law enforcement officials openly carry firearms in our stores.”
