Pharmacist Challenges Ill. Governor’s Ruling

David Scimio, a pharmacist who works at Albertsons, has filed a lawsuit claiming Ill. Governor Rod Blagojevich violated the state’s Healthcare Right Conscience Act by mandating all pharmacists must dispense contraceptives regardless of their religious beliefs.
