It hasn’t been the budget-stressed American consumer alone fattening McDonald’s bottom line these last months. The company reported that sales last month in Asia/Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Japan and Australia were especially strong, spurred by “extended hours, breakfast and menu variety.”
