Macy’s shares dive after weak holiday report

Macy’s share price fell 17 percent after the department store operator announced that same-store sales increased only 1.1 percent during one of the strongest holiday selling seasons in recent years. The retailer also reduced its sales and profit guidance for its 2018 fiscal year.
