Lawsuits accuse Dr Pepper Snapple Group of false advertising

Two lawsuits, one in California and another in Massachusetts, contend that Dr Pepper Snapple Group has falsely labeled its Canada Dry Ginger Ale as being “made from real ginger.” The suits claim that the soft drink is made from “ginger extract” and does not provide the health benefits of real ginger.
