Kohl’s is closing its four Off/Aisle discount stores after four years of testing the outlets. Kohl’s senior vice president Jon Grosso wrote a memo to staff attributing the decision to an inability by the company’s mainstream stores to supply the Off/Aisle locations and not because of poor sales performance.
