Kmart Upgrades 401K Contribution

Kmart will begin matching employee contributions to the company’s 401K plan on a dollar-for-dollar basis up to three percent of their total earnings and 50 cents on the dollar between three and eight percent. The company currently contributes 50 cents on the dollar up to six percent.
