Guatemalan Chicken Chain Opens in Wal-Mart

Pollo Campero, a fried chicken chain based in Guatemala, is opening its first restaurant inside a Wal-Mart Supercenter in Rowlett, Texas. The chain, which is looking to target Hispanic consumers, plans to be in 20 Wal-Mart stores by the end of 2009.
