Fur Coat Bill Introduced in Maryland

Manufacturers and retailers selling real and faux fur coats in Maryland would be required to identify the source of the fur and country of origin on garment labels. The proposed legislation is in response to coats being sold in the U.S. that were labeled as faux fur but were made from raccoon dog fur.
