Former P&G Exec to Take Helm at Lauder in Two Years

In an unusual announcement, Estee Lauder Cos. has said the former head of Procter & Gamble’s snack business, Fabrizio Freda, will take over as its CEO within two years. He will replace William Lauder, grandson of the company’s founder.
