Luxury good retailers catering to Chinese tourists have taken a hit in recent years as travelers from the Asian nation look to other destinations to spend their money. David Lee, CEO of Hing Wa Lee Group, which operates jewelry stores in Los Angeles, said that Chinese tourists used to make up half his business and today represent about 20 percent.
