FAA bans some MacBook Pros from planes

The Federal Aviation Administration has banned 15-inch MacBook Pros sold between Sept. 2015 and Feb. 2015 over concerns that the device’s batteries may overheat and cause a fire or explosion. Apple announced a voluntary recall of the devices in June.
