Luxury retailer Nordstrom announced that it is opening a free-standing day spa near the third-floor entrance of its Michigan Avenue store in Chicago.

The Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce reports that this is the first free-standing location for a Nordstrom day spa. The chain operates nine others inside Nordstrom locations around the country.

play in the whole health programs of retailers serving the needs of less affluent
