Shares of grocery wholesaler, Nash Finch, were up 59% yesterday after the Securities
and Exchange Commission (SEC) agreed with the company’s accounting for the cost
of goods sold, reports the St. Paul Pioneer-Press.

Moderator’s Comment: With the SEC ruling made, what
do you expect to see from Nash Finch going forward? What challenges and opportunities
do you see for the wholesaler?
