Moderator Comment: Three questions:

  1. Is there a market for gourmet products across socio-economic
    boundaries?

  2. How good a job do supermarkets do in discovering new
and unusual food items for their consumers?

  3. How can stores promote these products (including developing
their own store brands) to create a competitive point of difference in the
    marketplace?
