Consumers Clip Coupons to Save

The Promotion Marketing Association’s (PMA) Coupon Council has announced September
as National Coupon Month (http://www.couponmonth.com/pages/home.htm).

National Coupon Month, now in its fifth year, is an annual opportunity to remind
consumers that they can save as much as 10-20% on grocery bills by spending
as little as 20 minutes per week clipping coupons, says the PMA. A recent survey
by the association found that more than half of the respondents redeemed coupons
in the last year.

less responsive to couponing? What is the future for this form of promotion?
