Court: Grocers Can Be Sued Over Artificially Colored Fish

The California Supreme Court ruled that Albertsons, Costco, Kroger and Safeway can be sued for deceptive marketing practices for not listing artificial colors as an ingredient on the packaging of farm-raised salmon.
