Confusion Over English-Only Rules at Macy’s

Eight employees at Macy’s in the Southdale Mall in Edina, Minn. want an apology after supervisors were alleged to have threatened their employment for speaking in their native Somali language. Federal and state laws prohibit employers from establishing English-only rules.
