Chipotle offers new performance-based bonuses to hourly workers
June 27, 2019
Chipotle already has an annual bonus program in place that rewards crews who have been working at the chain for more than a year, but the new perk is tied to store-specific performance objectives, such as “predetermined sales as well as cash flow and throughput goals,” according to the company. Workers can earn up to an extra month’s pay per year if they meet all the criteria. “Chipotle is about Cultivating a Better World, building a real community that works together to win together, and this bonus program provides a strategic investment in the people who make up the brand,” said Marissa Andrada, Chipotle’s chief people officer.
