Chick-fil-A may be known for eschewing ordering kiosks in favor of personal service, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t see the utility of technology. The chain is currently testing an electronic device that sits on tables so patrons can summon servers when they need them. A pilot of the device – Kallpods – has shown sales increase 500 percent in locations where they are deployed.
