Big Tobacco lied but doesn’t want to advertise it

It’s no longer a matter of dispute that tobacco companies misled the American public about the hazards of smoking. They just don’t want to pay for ads admitting to it and are asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to overturn a previous judgment to that effect.
