Irvine Robbins, who wanted to create a different flavor of ice cream for every day of the year in an era when vanilla, chocolate and strawberry was the typical selection at most shops, has passed away at the age of 90.

Waffle House workers in Conyers, Georgia, are now on their third day of striking over what they call the company’s unfair policies.
