Are ‘live, work, shop, play’ environments a big part of retail’s future?

I think this type of environment, where you can live, work and play, is the way to go. It's probable that we have to make adjustments along the way, but certainly can improve the quality lifestyle because it will benefit in social, economical and political matters of the communities that will choose to live in it, and of the growth of the region and the state. In Peru, these types of projects are unknown yet, and they are very necessary to make a real economic progress of the entire country. I did real estate for more than 30 years in New York and New Jersey, now I came over here about 5 years to do the same, taking advantage that there are so many opportunities in real estate.
