Analyst says Target can take what Amazon dishes out

J.P. Morgan analyst Christopher Horvers has raised his evaluation of Target from a “middle bucket” retailer to one that is “Amazon safe.” Target posted a 4.8 percent gain in same-store sales during the first quarter, outpacing other legacy retailers that posted gains, including Home Depot, Lowe’s and Walmart.
