American Eagle uses interactive fitting rooms to enhance CX
January 14, 2019
American Eagle Outfitters, in its ongoing efforts to stay in step with how shoppers like to shop, has installed interactive kiosks from Aila Technologies in fitting rooms. The technology lets shoppers use their own mobile devices to scan clothing items so they can keep tabs of the cost of their order. Further, they can use the application to search for alternative items and signal an associate to new selections to the fitting room.
