Kate Spade drags on Tapestry’s earnings

Same-store sales at Kate Spade fell six percent in the second quarter despite parent company Tapestry’s earlier forecast that the brand was on its way to turning its business around. Shares of Tapestry, which also owns Coach, fell as much as 17 percent on the news.
