Fossil Group reported a 13 percent decline in sales during the second quarter as sales of the company’s smartwatch models and hybrid analog watches failed to take off as expected. CEO Kosta Kartsotis said the company remains confident that technology will enable the company to turn the current “headwinds” it is facing into “tailwinds.”
