Startups from Target + Techstars accelerator move closer to retailer

SpotCrowd, a software company that helps retailers catch shoplifters in real time using surveillance video, is moving from Belgium to Minneapolis after going through Target and Techstars’ accelerator program. Other companies that have taken part in the program, including StoryXpress, Inspectorio and Branch Messenger, have also relocated to the area.
