Small retailers oppose border adjustment tax

Erin Calvo-Bacci, the owner of CB Stuffer, a chocolate shop n Swampscott, MA makes an emotional pitch in a commercial against a proposed tax on imported goods. Ms. Calvo-Bacci says that the border adjustment tax (BAT) would result in an increase in the cost of ingredients such as chocolate, which cannot be grown in the U.S.
