The Parisian fashion label Sézane, which has opened its first store outside of France in New York’s NoLIta neighborhood, has a practice by which it identifies pieces it expects to be hot sellers and intentionally cuts back on its inventory of those items. The retailer credits quick turns of its inventory and frequently update selection with its success.
