[ON-DEMAND WEBINAR] The Role of In-Store Personalization in Omnichannel Success

Posted: May 25, 2017

Highlights and insights from a new RetailWire study.

Personalization is white hot. As stores reboot to stay vital in shoppers’ lives, top retail chains are looking to in-store personalization as a keystone in the foundation of the new omnichannel enterprise.

In a just-completed RetailWire survey conducted in coordination with iQmetrix, retail pros cited “knowledgeable associates” and “data-driven personalization” as the most important tactics for improving the in-store experience. Their objectives for creating a more personalized shopping experience were clear: Respondents see personalization as the route to deeper shopper engagement, stronger loyalty, higher conversion rates and bigger baskets.

See this ON-DEMAND WEBINAR for a first-look at the study results. We show what in-store personalization technologies and tactics retail industry pros favor, and how advanced they are in their plans.
