Prior to co-founding OmniQuest Resources, Charles spent over 15 years with Wal-Mart's corporate offices. He was one of the original five Wal-Mart executives who were assigned to launch the Global Procurement Division (GP) in 2001. Charles supported the start up and development of GP serving in several capacities including organizational, operational and strategic planning. Most recently he served as Wal-Mart's DMM of GP Business Development. He has extensive retail experience in procurement, strategic planning, market research, business development, project management and business and organizational evaluation and design. Charles work in the sourcing and procurement areas have taken him to five continents and over 42 countries.
Charles and OmniQuest specialize in individual client development, assisting companies with adapting their business strategies to proactively pursue, anticipate or respond to the ever changing retail environment and their customers' needs. This can include assisting in the development of product and marketing strategies. It can also include the development of integrated business strategies and suggestions on the restructuring or re-engineering of basic business and organizational processes tailored to meet clients' specific long term goals.
