A former member of the MARS leadership team, Anne served as the agency futurist, focused on the development of both immediate and long-range strategic projects for the agency and its clients. She founded the agency's insights and account planning group, and developed methodology to apply shopper and cultural trends to the the shopper marketing ideation process. She has co-led the agency's internal branding initiative, as well as external marketing communications, business development and public relations.
Previous experience at MARS includes executive level account management, most recently for CPG clients Campbell Soup Company, Pepperidge Farm and the Labels for Education cause marketing program. She led the Clorox account during the launch of GreenWorks natural cleaners, and has extensive background in the apparel, textile and household appliance categories through both brand launch and shopper marketing efforts for Hanes Hosiery, Bali, Champion, Wonderbra, Levi Signature jeans, Whirlpool and KitchenAid brands.
As a leader in the shopper marketing industry, she has been an active conference presenter and participant in ground-breaking industry projects, including The Retail Commission on Shopper Marketing and the in-store media measurement initiative P.R.I.S.M.. She is a member of the In Store Marketing Association Faculty and has also been a co-chair of its annual Expo event.
Anne's overall business experience includes two years as Regional VP of Sales for Hanes Hosiery, five years in retail-focused public relations and six years in both sales and marketing management with Hilton Hotels Corporation.
