Prior to his role at Empathica, Emmanuel served as Director, Client Development at Research Now/E-rewards in the U.S., U.K. and France. Emmanuel assisted in obtaining new client accounts, as well as opening the company's Chicago and Paris offices. He holds an MBA from the University of Hull (UK) with a concentration on Marketing and a Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of Nottingham Trent (UK). For the last seven years, Emmanuel's research interest has focused on the exploration of hedonism and the experiential aspect of consumption.
