Hoffman was formerly president of The Kroger Co., America's largest food retailer, and chairman and president, Supervalu Wholesale Food Companies, the country's largest food wholesaler.
Today he is the CEO of Corporate Strategies International, which develops new concepts for the changing marketplace, and Founding Chairman of LeaderShape, Inc., a non-profit organization committed to develop young adults to lead with integrity, whose flagship program, The LeaderShape Institute, is currently held on 35 American university campuses from MIT and Cornell to Michigan and Southern California.
