Mike Osorio is a successful retailer with passion for helping individuals, teams, and companies reach their potential for success and to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

Mike has enjoyed a successful 25+ year executive career in department stores, duty-free, and specialty food/gift retail with Macy's, Gottschalk's, DFS, and Harry & David. Currently Mike lives and works in Hong Kong as the Global Vice President Learning & Development, Chief Learning Officer at DFS Group Ltd, an international luxury retailer, where he has worked since April 2008. He is responsible for all aspects of L&D for store operations, merchandising and support functions globally for the largest travel retailer in the world. DFS operates over 150 stores at major airports and 15 large format DFS Gallerias in key downtown locations in Asia Pacific, Middle East and North America.

Prior to DFS Mike brought his expertise, success and passion to retailers and brands through Osorio Group LLC with his powerful programs as well as "JAM with Mike", a twice weekly motivational email product.
