Macy’s to sell half of flagship store in Chicago

Macy’s has reached an agreement in principle with Brookfield Asset Management to sell the top half of its State Street store in Chicago. The sale, if completed, would be a significant step in Macy’s plan to monetize more of its real estate holdings.
