Tri Huynh, a former director of business development at Walmart, said he was fired from the company after raising concerns internally that the retailer was issuing misleading results from its e-commerce operation. He has brought a whistle-blower lawsuit against his former employer charging it with terminating his employment “under false pretenses.”
