Facebook admits to inflating video viewing times

Since 2014, Facebook has failed to properly calculate the amount of time users were viewing videos ads on the social media site. In failing to include views of three seconds or less in its calculations, Facebook is believed to have overestimated the average time by 60 to 80 percent. Advertisers, as you might image, are not pleased.
