Chipotle customer tests positive for norovirus

A patron of a Chipotle in Sterling, VA has tested positive for norovirus after becoming ill following a visit to the restaurant. Public health officials are cautioning that the diagnosis is not enough to determine the source of this case, which is among 60 cases of people getting sick that has been reported to authorities.
