As the largest retailer in the world, Walmart is a very big target for media. Still it's perplexing that the company has chosen to stop talking to a major media outlet, The Huffington Post. The term major media outlet for the purpose of this discussion speaks to audience and not the perception of journalistic integrity. The Huffington Post attracts 39 million unique visitors on a monthly basis. That, in my mind, makes it a major media outlet.
