On Monday, Wal-Mart announced that it has adopted a 10-point voluntary code intended to help prevent guns from falling into the hands of criminals. The initiative, the Responsible Firearms Retail Partnership, is being done in cooperation with the bi-partisan group, Mayors Against Illegal Guns. The program's implementation timeline has yet to be determined. Will others follow Wal-Mart's lead and join in the Responsible Firearms Retailer Partnership?
